The San Julián Fair began with Ginés Marín taking centre stage. The young matador from Extremadura delivered a solid, elegant performance that earned him three ears, standing out as the clear victor of the opening corrida.
Curro Díaz offered moments of his refined, personal style and was warmly applauded in both of his bouts, while Román connected strongly with the crowd but missed out on trophies due to his sword work.

The second event of the San Julián Fair turned into a true celebration of rejoneo, with eight ears and one tail awarded throughout the afternoon.
Making his debut in Cuenca, Guillermo Hermoso de Mendoza impressed with an outstanding performance, taking one ear from his first bull and two ears and a tail from his second. Andy Cartagena enjoyed a superb afternoon, claiming two ears from each of his bulls, while Sergio Galán completed a classy performance and earned one ear.

The third corrida once again revolved around Ginés Marín, who stepped in for El Fandi and left his mark as one of the great names of the fair. He cut two ears from an exceptional third bull from Román Sorando, crafting a masterful performance full of rhythm and finesse.
Enrique Ponce displayed touches of his signature artistry, while Miguel Ángel Perera earned one ear from his first bull after a powerful faena.

Javier Ambel and Jesús Arruga removed their hats after excelling with the banderillas in the fifth. The bulls carried a black ribbon in memory of the breeder’s father.
The fourth corrida of the fair crowned David de Miranda as its great revelation. Making his debut in Cuenca, the matador from Huelva achieved a notable triumph by cutting two ears from the final bull of the day after a faena filled with conviction and good taste.
Cayetano earned an ear from the second of his bulls thanks to a committed performance, while Morante de la Puebla left the plaza empty-handed after an afternoon in which he could not find the right connection with his opponents.

The San Julián Fair drew to a close with a corrida full of artistry but marked by a lack of precision with the sword. El Juli delivered a superb faena to an exceptional fourth bull and cut one ear. Pablo Aguado stood out with the first bull of his lot, while José María Manzanares also left a strong impression with a refined performance.
