Cuenca Bullring. First day of the San Julián Fair. Just over three-quarters full on a pleasant afternoon. Six well-presented bulls from Torreherberos were fought, one of them as a substitute (5th bis).
- Morante de la Puebla (aubergine and gold): silence and one ear.
- José María Manzanares (navy blue and gold): silence and one ear.
- Miguel Ángel Perera (corinthian and gold): ovation with greetings and two ears.
A minute’s silence was held in memory of Fernando Tévar, advisor to the Cuenca bullring for eight years.

The young bullfighter Aitor Darío ‘El Gallo’ triumphs in his home arena and before his fans.
Cuenca Bullring. Second day of the San Julián Fair. Three-quarters full. Six bulls and two young bulls from Miranda and Moreno were fought, all very well presented.
- Daniel Luque (black and gold): ovation with greetings and one ear.
- Juan del Álamo (pale pink and gold): one ear and ovation with greetings.
- Jiménez Fortes (aubergine and gold): ovation with greetings after warning and ovation with greetings.
- Aitor Darío ‘El Gallo’ (purple and gold): ovation with greetings and two ears.
Ismael Barambio received an ovation after pairing the 4th of the afternoon.

Cuenca Bullring. Third day of the San Julián Fair. Just over two-thirds full. Six bulls from Daniel Ruiz were fought, well presented and generally good performers.
- Enrique Ponce (tobacco and gold): divided opinions and one ear.
- El Juli (black and silver): slight boos and two ears.
- Alejandro Talavante (sky blue and gold): one ear and one ear.

Cuenca Bullring. Fourth day of the San Julián Fair. Two-thirds full. Six bulls from Pallarés were fought, all very well presented and legally dehorned.
- Sergio Galán: ovation with greetings, ovation with greetings and two ears.
- Diego Ventura: one ear, one ear and lap of honour.

Padilla and Fandiño awarded ears in the bullfight that closed the San Julián Fair.
Cuenca Bullring. Fifth and final day of the San Julián Fair. Just over two-thirds full. Five well-presented bulls from Fuente Ymbro were fought.
- Juan José Padilla (grey and gold): one ear and ovation with greetings after warning.
- El Fandi (purple and gold): ovation with greetings after warning and ovation with greetings after request.
- Iván Fandiño (scarlet and gold): applause and one ear.
MEDICAL REPORT Manuel Rodríguez ‘Mambrú’, from Padilla’s team: Goring to the outer side of the right leg and closed goring to the outer side of the left thigh. Both are subcutaneous, but prevent him from continuing the fight. Prognosis is not serious. Transferred to the hotel. Signed: Dr Amador Jiménez.
